Website use
You may use this site to learn about Pierson Print and request information about an audit or project. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or submit spam or unlawful material. The inquiry forms are intended for adults acting for a school, district, organization, or business. Do not submit student records.
Inquiries and orders
Submitting a campus audit or project form is a request for follow-up, not an order, acceptance of a quote, or promise of a particular price, delivery date, audit result, or project scope. An actual order or audit engagement requires agreed details. Any signed agreement, accepted quote, purchase order, proof approval, or other agreed project terms control that engagement where they conflict with these website terms.
Project details to agree before production
An actual print order should identify the accepted quote and purchase order, artwork rights, proof review and approval, permitted changes, production schedule, shipping or installation, payment, and any cancellation, return, or defect process. These website terms do not set those commercial details or override a school district's agreed procurement terms.
Artwork and site content
Website text, design, and images belong to Pierson Print or their respective owners. Do not reuse them commercially without permission. If you send artwork or project materials, you represent that you have authority to share them for evaluating your request. Ownership, production rights, approvals, changes, and use of those materials in an actual project should be set out in the project agreement.
Information and availability
Examples, service descriptions, and estimates on the site are general information and may change. Pierson Print may update or temporarily interrupt the site. External sites linked here have their own terms and privacy practices. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.
