Information collected

When you request a campus audit, Pierson Print receives your name, role, school or district, email, phone number, and message. A project inquiry may also include project type, budget range, deadline, and description. Please do not submit student records or other sensitive information through these public forms. The website and hosting provider process ordinary request and security data, such as IP address, browser information, and request time.

Use and sharing

Pierson Print uses inquiries to respond, assess an audit or project request, prepare a quote, and manage related business correspondence. The forms send information through Web3Forms to Pierson Print. Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate the site and communicate. When analytics is on, Google Analytics receives website usage data. Pierson Print does not use these inquiry forms to collect student records and does not sell submitted inquiry details.

Cookies and tracking choices

Google Analytics runs by default for visitors outside the UK, European Economic Area, and Switzerland, including when the hosting provider cannot determine a country. For visits identified in those regions, analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can turn analytics off or change your choice anytime through the compact Privacy choices control at the bottom of the page or Cookie settings in the footer. A saved choice is stored in your browser's local storage. When your browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal to this page, analytics stays off. Required hosting and security functions may still process request data. This site does not use the older browser Do Not Track header as a separate control. Other parties may collect activity data across sites when their services are enabled; Google Analytics is the optional service used here.

Retention and requests

Pierson Print keeps inquiries as long as needed to respond and manage a potential or existing business relationship, subject to recordkeeping and security needs. Hosting and analytics retention depend on the configured service settings. Some information may need to be retained for a legitimate business or legal reason.

Changes

Material policy changes will be posted here with a new effective date. This policy concerns the website; a school district agreement may specify additional data and record handling for an actual project.
