More Than a Vendor. A True Partner.
Southern California's education-focused print partner for school districts.
The Consolidation Model
How schools turn operational spending into community impact
The Problem
Most school districts juggle 10+ vendors for apparel, signage, promotional items, and team gear. Each vendor has different contacts, pricing structures, quality standards, and timelines. The result? Fragmented branding, inflated costs, procurement nightmares, and administrators spending hours on vendor management instead of strategic work.
The Pierson Solution
Consolidate everything under one strategic partner. One point of contact. One design standard. One streamlined ordering system. One invoice. We handle apparel, signage, promotional products, team gear, and more—all coordinated to reflect your district's unified brand identity and maximize your purchasing power through volume pricing.
Real World Impact
Districts report significant cost savings, streamlined procurement, and dramatically improved brand consistency. This allows them to redirect recovered funds toward programs that directly impact students. Staff stress drops. Campus pride rises. Your budget works harder for your community.
School administrators were planning their annual Hall of Fame induction dinner - a cherished tradition honoring legendary coaches, athletes, and community contributors. To make the event a success, they needed custom awards, permanent commemorative signage, welcome signs, and catering — but they faced strict budget restrictions on how they could fund it. Instead of the usual stress-induced headaches, one call to Pierson Print handled everything. Because they route their operational spending through us, we were able to solve their restricted budget problem. We stepped in as a true partner: we paid for the catering and completely donated the custom awards and signage. The result was exactly what we aim for: 'You didn't just save me time - you let me actually enjoy planning this event instead of dreading it.' That's the power of true partnership.

Bridging the Gap Between Print and Education
Before we were handling district-wide orders, my world was exactly where your student leaders are today: the ASB room. Back when I graduated in 2012, my absolute favorite part of the class was marketing events, which meant hand-painting signs. I loved the challenge of figuring out how to make my peers genuinely proud to be at our school. As I've worked alongside administrators over the years, I've seen firsthand that campus culture isn't just about the events — it directly impacts how students perform. Kids who feel like they are part of something bigger are the ones who show up and try harder. Helping you build that connection is what this is really all about.
I started Pierson Print in 2014 with that exact mission in mind. I maxed out every credit card I had to buy my first large-format printer and I set it up in my parents' garage (they didn't know until it was delivered). I put my head down, worked hard to build a clientele, and focused on providing a level of service schools weren't used to getting. Soon, the schools that trusted us with their signage started asking if we could handle their apparel as well.
That demand led me to a defining moment: I was taken under the wing of a mentor who owned a large and local print shop. He and his wife brought me in-house and taught me the manufacturing industry in more detail than I could have ever imagined. Eventually, I was managing his crew, learning exactly how to execute high-capacity operations at a young age. That experience allowed me to do what I had always wanted: become the bridge between education and professional printing.
Through those building years, my core philosophy became: 'don't build your house overnight — build it over time.' I do not believe in selling. Schools don't need another vendor pushing products — they need a partner who will listen to their pain points and engineer actual solutions. Recently, a local district trusted us with one of those exact solutions: producing and installing custom perforated window graphics for every single school in their district. The goal was twofold — bring vibrant life into the hallways, but primarily utilize the graphics as a critical campus safety device. When the installations were complete, the environment at each school was completely transformed. The students were excited, and countless staff consistently conveyed how they loved how 'it felt like a school now.' Today when I walk past those graphics during my meetings, it is an incredible reminder of why I do this. It is profoundly fulfilling to be trusted with such large, meaningful projects that directly impact a campus.
Today, Pierson Print has grown into a respected company serving dozens of schools throughout Southern California, but our heart remains exactly the same as it was in that ASB room. We have become an important piece of the puzzle for every school we work with, and we absolutely love what we do. We know what it takes to get the job done, because we see every project through the eyes of a student and the expertise of a printer. Let's build something incredible together.

The principles that guide every partnership we build
One dedicated partner who learns your district inside and out. No phone trees, no ticket systems, no passing the buck. Just direct access to someone who knows your name, your goals, and your challenges.
We don't wait for issues to become emergencies. We anticipate needs, suggest improvements, flag potential problems early, and continuously look for ways to make your programs more efficient and impactful.
Every order is checked, double-checked, and verified before it ships. We manage every detail with care because we know that when something arrives at your campus, it represents your district - and our reputation.
We're not chasing one-time transactions. We build relationships that last years, even decades. Your success is our success, and we're in this for the long haul - supporting you through leadership changes, budget shifts, and evolving needs.
